Our Team

Pat Asalone is the Owner of Paul Davis Restoration of South Orange County and has been serving the area for over 20 years. Pat is a licensed general contractor and is IICRC certified in water damage restoration, advanced structural drying, and mold remediation. Prior to starting Paul Davis Restoration, Pat held various sales management positions including Vice President of Sales for Beaulieu Vineyard Winery. Pat holds a bachelors degree in Business from Indiana University. Pat & his lovely wife Betty Asalone have been longtime residents of Orange County.

Betty Asalone is the Owner of Paul Davis Restoration of South Orange County and has been serving the area for over 20 years. Betty has been the owner and operator of her of her own Interior Design business, The Window Garden, and has joined her husband in operating Paul Davis Restoration. Betty holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and an associate’s degree in Interior Design from Saddleback College.

John is the project manager of all water, fire, and mold damage related jobs. He has grown up in the business acting as an apprentice to Pat Asalone on weekends when he was in high school. John has been full time since graduating in 2009 from the University of Montana where he received his major in business management and a minor in living the American Dream. On the weekends, John, his family & their dog June-Bug enjoy skiing double black diamonds in Mammoth. John also enjoys outdoor entertaining and spending weekends with friends bbqing in their backyard!

Johnny joined Paul Davis Restoration in 2018 as General Manager. Prior to this, Johnny spent over 10 years working in the insurance industry. He held a variety of roles that included customer service, sales, claim review process, and management. Now at Paul Davis, his role is to ensure that Paul Davis delivers on its promises to its customers in restoring their homes.

When not working, Johnny spends his free time surfing and enjoying time with his wife, Emily, and 2 kids, Grace and Jack.

Sara came to work at Paul Davis Restoration after the birth of her first child and has enjoyed the pace of working for the family business part time while raising her children. Prior to working at Paul Davis Restoration, Sara worked at Ernst & Young for eight years being promoted through the ranks from a Staff to Senior Manager in the IT Risk and Assurance practice. Sara graduated cum lade from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo with a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration. She met her husband of over 7 years ago while at University in the scuba diving club.

Emily joined Paul Davis Restoration in 2014. Prior to joining PDR South Orange County Emily worked in the Insurance & Financial industry. She spent 7 years at MetLife in a variety of roles including sales, relationship management & people management. Through the extensive training and experience at MetLife Emily learned how to deliver best in class service to her clients. Emily strives to be the most professional, knowledgeable and compassionate advocate for her clients.

Emily enjoys outdoor activities in her free time including yoga, hiking, tennis & bike riding in her hometown. Another passion is her love for food in all capacities whether that means enjoying a spectacular meal at a local eatery, traveling to sample international cuisines or cooking a meal right at home!

Charles has been with us at Paul Davis for over 10 years and has worked on hundreds of water, fire and mold jobs throughout his career. Charles has a can do attitude, he is very solution oriented and has an eye for detail.

Heather has been with Paul Davis Restoration for over 2 years as our jack of all trades office manager. Heather does a fantastic job juggling the many duties and demands of her job. She is very patient, kind & understanding with our clients and helps keep our staff on task.

Aaron has been with Paul Davis Restoration for almost a year. Aaron has a tremendous amount of experience within the construction field. Clients rave about how easy it is to work with Aaron and how beautifully the repair/remodeling jobs are executed. Aaron loves the challenge of each project and he enjoys seeing how excited the clients are to see their new kitchen, bathroom etc! We at Paul Davis Restoration love how knowledgeable, communicative & forward thinking Aaron is with each project.

John Asalone adopted June-Bug from a rescue home over 6 years ago. She was a small precocious puppy at that time who needed some tender love & care. Today she is a vibrant, sweet & intelligent dog that brings much joy to the lives of our family & team members.
